I am replying to your inquiry about Zebulon Vorce and a John Vorce in Oswego Co., N.Y..
There are two Zebulon Vorce's "Old Zebulon Vorce" and Zebulon the second or third. The information is found in the book "A Genealogical and Historical Record or the Vorce Family in America with Notes on Some Allied families" by Charles Marvin Vorce Copyright 1901 Cleveland, Ohio. I found the book on the Internet. See Page 38 "genealogical Record of Zebulon vorce"
I found a John Vorce son of Olver Allen Vorce born in 1816 and shows "drowned in childhood"
