from Isaac Newton Vories and beyond

I have been trying to connect the spaces between my Great Great Grandfather and his parents and grand parents etc.
Here is what I know for sure from myself to My Grt Grt Grandfather.

Charles Bret Vories, 6/23/1968 Vincennes, IN

Harvey Duane Vories, 11/30/1949 Vincennes, IN

Harvey Grant Vories, 8/31/1919 French Lick, IN
11/10/1992 buried Memorial Park Cemetery
Vincennes, IN

Charles Ben Vories 4/23/1894 French Lick, IN

Isaac Newton Vories 4/1/1864 Orange County, IN
3/5/1936 buried Mt Lebanon Cemetery,
Hillman, IN

Abisha Vories 1827 Orange County IN married to
M. Elizabeth Lewis 6/7/1863

The above information is from personal knowledge or public record.

This is where I get sketchy, I cant seem to find anything linking Abisha to the following, but have been told that he is the son of:

Jacob Voorhis 12/18/1796 Fayette Co, KY to 1/11/1880
Buried Mt Horeb Cemetery, Orange Co, IN
Married to Delilah Ashcraft 11/15/1818
Fayette Co, KY

Garret Voorhees 3/11/1747-48 Sussex Co, NJ to 12/20/1848
Buried Old Salem Cemetery Crane Naval Base, IN
Married Leannah Hollenhead in Pennsylvania.

Hendrick Voorhees married to Jannetje VanArsdale

any help with this would be greatly appreciated, and I have some information on siblings of Isaac Newton Vories down to myself.
