Hi, I have been looking for Frank Joseph Volpe, Jr. He was known as "FRANKY" to friends, family and to me. He was born November 30th, I think in 1960. He would be approximately 43 or 44 years old now. I am Kimberly Michelle Bailey-Elfersy. I was born in Newport News, VA March 1963, and now reside in Yorktown, VA which is a few minutes from Newport News. Franky was raised on Staten Island, NY and I think born in Brooklyn. His parents are Frank J. Volpe, Sr and Connie Volpe. He had three sisters named, Mary, Elaine and Lorraine. The last address known to me for Franky was a Copely Avenue address on Staten Island. His grandmother was Beatrice Volpe and Grandfather Matthew Volpe.
I met Franky in St. Augustine, Florida while he was visiting his grandparents Matthew and Beatrice at their Florida home one summer. The last time I saw Franky was when he visited me in Newport News, VA in 1982 with his father on the way to Florida to some gas station his father bought. Franky may have worked with a BOARD OF ELECTIONS somewhere in NY at one time. If anyone knows of his whereabouts or can contact him, please let him know that Kim Bailey is looking for him.
