My Valentine family connections appear in the 1851 census in Charlotte County, NB. The last name was actually spelled Volentine. My emigrant ancestor was William born in England (per census data) between 1801 and 1809. I'd like to hear from anyone who has encountered this surname in UK records.

Regards,

Inez
