I am sorry to hear of your aunt's passing. It is wonderful that you have some of her art work.

Joseph Kosuth may come to speak on the UCSD campus in the near future. If I get a chance to meet him, and if it seems appropriate, perhaps I will relay this exchange to him. While Kosuth ultimately rejected "formalist" painting and drawing, which I would suspect your aunt would have been teaching him, he has gone on to become an important figure in the art world and I'm sure your aunt must be have been proud of that.
