My grandfather was Auguste Albert LeBoeuf, his mother was Anais Augustine Voisin, Her father was Auguste Voisin from Angers, France. I have a copy of the burial certificate, that states that Auguste Voisin, age 52, 2 months, 16 days, born in Anger,Dept. of Maine-at-Loire, France, in 1812 and came to Louisiana in 1848, died yesterday at his home, was buried 21 November 1864, in St. James Church, St. James, La. Cemetery. I have a little more info on the family and would be glad to share, just email me.
