Bryan,

Do you happen to know where they started in this country and how they migrated to Cincinnati and Louisville?

The Lanesville IN has a very interesting article on the Zollmans, Zabels, Blanks, and Voelkers. The article says they came by clipper ship rather than the brand new vessels. It also says they came from Mensfelden, Germany.
