My Grandfathers name is Edward Morgan Voelker II born in 1938, his grandmothers name was Jennie Voelker. John and Frederick were common names in her family. They originated from Germany at the start of the 20th century and married into the Rice family in Western Mass.

Very little is known about the family, currently only two children have survived. Constance Blakely born in 1936, and Edward Voelker. I don't know if their is any relation.
