In search of an ancestor (Johann Baumgartin) from Edenkoben, I came across your GenForum note and also a Johann Baumgartin married to Anna Elisabetha Voelckerin. Although the spelling is not exact, spellings seem to be varied and Edenkoben is a very small town.
Do you have a Baumgartin in your family tree? If so, did they have a daughter, Anna Elisabetha Baumgartin married to a Johannes Schaeffer in Edenkoben?
