Hi Judith,

The reason why you couldn't reach me via the email addy on the site is that my system crashed several years ago, and I couldn't change I have other sites that you can use if you want them. You can reach me at

I have a Lucy Vivion(m)(D1845) John Pemberton (d) 1834. They both died in BOone Co. Mo. However, they apparently married in Clark Co. Ky, and then moved to Woodford co. Ky. In 1829 they settled in Boone Co. Mo. Her parents were JOhn Vivion IV and Martha Gholson. These two were early grandparents of mine.

If this is your Lucy, she had 11 children. Lucy was a sister to my Flavel Vivion (b) 1782.

I have alot of Vivion information and it is accurate and documented. I do not have Lucy's birthdate, but they all were born between 1768 and 1782.

Alot of the Vivions' moved to Missouri. My GGrandfather owned a hotel in Bakersfield, Mo. I have pictures of that somewhere. They also married into the Baker families of which their descendents live there in Bakersfield now and own a large heirloom seed company.

My mother was a Vivion.

Get in touch with me if you need any further info that I can help you with.

Warmest Regards,
Bettye Virginia
