Hi Jesse,

I would be interested in copies of the material on the first generations of the Vivians. I will send you a direct e-mail with my address. Incidently, are you aware that any Vivian descended from John Vivian (ca. 1500), married to Elizabeth Trethurfe can be tied directly back through the Earl of Devon and Earl of Hereford to the Plantagenet kings? It should be documented in the Stanley Vivian book, but if not, it is in the "Visitation of the County of Cornwall in the year 1620" edited by John L. Vivian, Harleian Society, London: 1874. I found a copy at the local university library and a microfilm copy of a similar work published in 1875 is available at the LDS Family History Centers which has the material from the 1535 and 1620 visitations of the heralds. I will send you a copy of the material if you wish.
