Hi Valerie
I'm sorry I don't think there is a late link. My line all lived in Cornwood Devon back to Sarah Vivian born about 1700. I do not know where she came from but would like to know. Of course their lines could join up somewhere prior to 1700. William is a common Vivian name but in my line 1805 comes midway between two generations.
As yet I have not looked at Vivians in St Austell but I'm sure the Cornwall Family History Society may be able to offer some help,
Anyway, good luck with your investigations
