Ok! Now that I have really confused things, let me try to get this right. According to Genealogies of Virginia Familes V, R-Z, Vivion Family of Virginia, pg.638-643, it states that it was not improbable that Capt. John Vivion married Diana Cummings but as I looked at the records of marriage & birth, I realized that they could not have had any children (except maybe Charles) if they were married.The dates just don't match up. The posting #1 is an account from a "story". I am sure that part of it is ficticious, but which part is the question. Let me know if you find concrete records. I would love to put htese pages away. I am banging my head against the wall on this one. Posting #2 is all correct. LOL & keep me posted.
