I am looking for my great-greatgrandfather whose name was supposedly John Virtue. The story passed down is that he was a doctor who married a Catherine (last name unknown) in 1856 in Ohio. Shortly thereafter they moved close to Delphus, Kansas. He died of pneumonia, supposedly from caring for a sick patient during a storm. I have hit brick walls everywhere I turn. Just hoping one of you might have an idea where I can go next.
