My grandmother, Sophia, born 1878, and all but one child, came to the USA in 1923, arriving on the Ship, Merritt, in San Francisco on 1 Jul 1923. The ship came via Manila. The roster may have other of this Russian group. However this is what I know: Sophia was a widow. Her husband killed in the revolution. She and the children left Vladivostok but one daughter, my mother, Klavdia Vasilyevna Vinogradov. they family had contact until close to the 1940's when it became too dangerous for us here. the children of Sophia are: (note the spelling of the name on the ship manifest was Vinogradoff)

I am searching for cousins or any relation from my grandmother, Sophia. I live in Nakhodka, Russia about 180 KM from Vladivostok.
