I have a George Viney born in Breamore, which is near Fordingbridge in Hampshire. He was b 1818 m an Eliza Stevens in 1845m at Mickleham, Surrey. 23 May 1882 aged 64years. A child of theirs, Eliza Loisa became my Gt Grandmother. From what I gather they are of French descent, possibly Huguenots.
