Was John Vincent really Sarah Allerton's son?

I suspect John Vincent, b. about 1608 in England, the father of Mary Vincent, was not the son of John Vincent and Sarah Allerton of Leyden, Holland.

Why?
1. Every source says John Vincent was born in England, even tho his supposed parents John Vincent and Sarah Allerton were married in Leyden, Holland in 1608. John the father died in Leyden in 1611, so it seems unlikely they went back to England for a year for John to be born and then moved back to Holland.
2. All the records state that Sarah's second husband Degory Prust only left behind a wife and 2 daughters, with no mention of John, even tho he is only 10.
3. And when the Godbertson emigrate, there is no mention of John, even tho he would have been only 13.

What real proof do we have the John is really John V. and Sarah A's son?

How can we reconcile the above inconsistancies?
