While going through an old family trunk, I found a picture of John G. & Josie L. Vincent. Also found was a very nice funeral card for Josie L. Vincent, b. 18 September 1874, d. 2 March 1920. I'm trying to find out how this family might be connected to mine. The following is all I've found on them so far. 1910 Jack Co., TX Census, Post Oak, 15 April 1910, ED 147, p. 1A. 10/10 Vincent, John G., 34,marr. 1, marr. 15 yrs., TX TX TX -------, Josie L., 35, marr. 1, marr 15 yrs., TX AL UNK -------, Andrew V., 13, TX TX TX -------, Homer J., 9, TX TX TX 1920 Clay Co., TX Census, Byers, 5 Jan. 1920, ED 18, p. 4A. 62/66 Vincent, Jacob G., 44, TX TX TX (believe this is John) -------, Jessie L., 45, TX AL TX (believe this is Josie) -------, Homer, 18, TX TX TX I have found both Josie and John buried in the Postoak Cemetery in Jack Co., TX. This record shows John (J.G.) dates as born 1876, died 1960. Son "Andy" V. Vincent is married with one daughter (Leola/Leota)in the 1920 Clay Co., TX census. From Andy's WWI Draft Reg., his full name is Andy Virgil Vincent. I would like to give these pictures to direct descendents if possible. Thank you.
