Dear Doug,
I doubt if there is any connection with my branch of the Vince family. The Edmund I have been trying to trace was born in Winchester in 1828 to the parents of Thomas and Temperance Vince.The rest of the family came from Chilbolton and Crawley so I am sure these are 2 diffrent vince connections. My Edmund is on the 1851 Census as a journeyman and that is last I can find of him, so if in your research for your Edmund you find another Edmund please let me know.
