Thanks Gene, I actually talked to Dorthy Viets Schell on the phone a few months ago. She was very sweet, but no longer had any copies to sell, as the book is out of print. I am still hoping to find a copy on the secondary market. I was, however, able to find a reprint of the 1902 Viets Genealogy on the internet for a reasonable cost. It does not document Luke Viets outside of Connecticut though. By the way, which line do you decend from?
