I should have stated, "That men saying they were in Vietnam and were not, are fakers." One of my friends died a few years ago and his wife had inscription on tombstone asserting he was a Vietnam vet. He wasn't. He was in 1st Gulf War. We talked about his experience in Iraq often.

What really ruffles my features are those who wear Medal of Honor medals, undeservedly. One court judge from Illinois is/was in prison after being uncovered as a fake. I think former governor Ryan of Illinos went to prison for the same offense.
