It could be William. I thought that maybe a K was substituted for L because it resembles a 7. My husband is not sure exactly where he found it. He used to go to the good will store and buy army uniform jackets and shirts for the military patches. He's not sure if he found it at the store, or in the pocket of one of the clothing items. He lived in Flint, MI at the time. We just want to return it to the family for a memento of Wiliam's (Wikkiam) military career.
