Gary,

The Colorado ANG flew F-100C's when they shipped over to Phan Rang in '68.

The closest F-4's to Phan Rang were at Cam Ranh Bay. We never had F-4's stationed at Phan Rang all the time I was there. There may have been a transient F-4 at PR on occasion, but that was rare.

I think you are mistaken about the time frame that you claim you were there.
