Leroy Bradley-native of West Virginia

This man was stationed at Presidio Base in CA prior to going to Vietnam. He was in the Marines and was a carpenter by trade. He was from West Virginia and played in at least one band in local nightclubs. He is Puerto Rican somewhat dark skinned. A friend of mine would like to find him. I know this is a vague description.

Thank you for any help.
