Marilyn: I served on the DeHaven from 1065-1967. We were exposed to agent orange on several occasions during that time. Direct exposure while we were upriver and a plane flew over us spraying the defolient. I don't know what type of leukemia your brother has been diagnosed with, but the following website has info on this with a link titled
"Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) is associated with Agent Orange." I hope this info helps him. Please let me know how he is doing. David Van Huss
