Basic Research Tips Wanted

How does one research men in the Vietnam War? It doesn't seem that there are many military records available.

Does anyone know of books, fiche, etc. that are good sources to research men in this war?

I'm researching any GRIGGS that served in this war to write mini-biographies on each. I'm finding it difficult to find info and I know there must be more GRIGGS that served in this war that I've been able to identify to-date.
HELP.
