Donna,
You might visit the closest Veterans Service Office or Vet Center they helped my husband, he has PTSD. Once you file DO NOT give up it will take time, time, and more time. We filed in 94 he got his benfits in 97. So hang in there. You may have to do alot of the leg work. He will have to answers questions that will hurt. But tell him to put as much as he remembers honestly and if he has to do it a little at a time thats ok. I wrote what my husband said, it took about three days, he would get mad or upset and walk off. Frank said he thougt his family wouldn't love him if we knew what he had to do. So some of this you do at his pace.
Here is Agent Orange Hotline 800 749-8387 or http//www.va.gov/agentorange. There is an Agent Orange Review that has alot of information in it.
The Veterans Service Officer has a list of Vet Centers and other places you can get help.
Other than that just let your brother konw you are there no matter what if he needs you.
God Bless You,
Brenda
