look-up VIERS/WEBB marriage & 1930 census OK/MO

Hello,
Trying to find the marriage of:
Harriet (Hareit) Viers
Roland WEBB

They married either in MO or OK...I have no idea which.
Harriet Viers Webb was born in Hannibal,MO 1895.
Her brother Jacob "Jack" Crain Viers died 1930 St.Louis,MO.
Roland & Harriet Viers Webb lived in OK.
Harriet's widowed mother Lillian Barr Viers Sinnott lived with her in OK after son Jack's death.
Harriet died between 1957-1960 in OK but I have no idea where !
I do not have the 1930 census for any of them.
Would greatly appreciate seeing this census !
