Clella,
You are in luck! I've been to the cemetery you speak of and it is NOT easy to find because it is on private property on a farm land (scroll down this board to "I found Veteto on a farm"...

To the best of my memory, coming back toward I-40 from Gainesboro there is a area called Martin Creek. When you turn on the road that follows the lake near Martin's Creek, you turn left and cross a bridge over the water on which the other side of the bridge is the Jackson County line. The last name that owned the farm was named Clark. The markers are up on a hill with a small fence protecting it from a cow pasture.

I'm sorry these directions are so vague. I will send you a map of the area I am talking about...hopefully this will help. Also, you can email Millie Veteto...I think she lived on that farm once. BTW, I have a picture of her gravestone.

Angie
