You've done a lot of work! I've been working on my wife's family tree but could never get all the Vernon Vignettes. Her side of the family migrated to Missouri. The history that was handed to me started in Missouri and I traced it back to the town of Vernon in France (and beyond.) I used mostly internet sources and Ancestry.com.
I've been using Family Tree Maker and would be happy to forward a GEDCOM file to you. I also put together a narrative, as you did, and can send it to you also.
