Hi James ,
The 1850 Bracken Co. Census shows Seripta having 2 brothers Lorenzo (Uncle Renz)9yrs. old, and Hezekiah 3yrs. old. It also has 3 sisters listed Elizabeth 6yrs.old
Alimirah 5yrs.old ,and Parmelia 2yrs. old. Also in 1819 Bracken Co. tax records there is a Hezekiah listed as owner of 50 acres on the N.Fork, 1822 tax records show him increasing this to 100 acres. In the 1840 tax records it shows Elias P. Vermillion(1818-1862) owning 77 acres on the N.Fork.This ,I speculate, he received from his Father Hezekiah (1769-?),who was the son of Robert Vermillion (1725-?), who was the son of Giles (1685?) from France via Wales. Also Elias Perry Vermillion's grave is in the Hillsdale cemetary, in Bracken Co., KY. Hope this helps you and others.

Sincerely John W. Vermillion Sr. (Hezekiah's G.Grandson)
