Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Ira Vermilion (one "l") was my ggrandfather. He died in 1985, and whatever backup material he had is sitting in my grandfather's basement, in little to no obvious order. I went through all of it this summer briefly, and discovered that in addition to Volumes I and II, Ira had been working on III, which he completed 17 pages of. It consists mainly of the descendants of William V. (son of Giles). If you are interested, email me.
