Pauline, All I have for a name is: E. Verhaeghe - that's how he signed all his paintings. The date he put on the paintings was 1915. He was an amazing painter. He painted a very old man with his shirt off. You could see every ripple in his skin. My brother and I have always just called it "The Old Man". I have a picture of some of the paintings if you would like me to email them to you. Let me know. I would love to have his history or information on his family to go with all my paintings. My Mom said he was a distant cousin. Gotta go...Keep in touch!
