sha star - De Vere emblem 1066

I thought I put this up yesterday. The Drurys (of Drury Lane) are said to have aped their 'bosses' device - the pentagram of the De Veres (sometimes hexagram). The Drury device is two sha stars - pentagrams with small circles inside them - with a Tau Cross thrown in later for good measure. The Drurys became the Herveys (note Hervey de Vere) and the Hervey-Bathursts.
The De Vere pentagram is also incorporated in the arms of Ferrers and Townsend - but apart from Drury - I can't find a sha version (the inner circle).
Since Ferrers has associations with Devereux, I wondered, also, if Devereux were some De Vere derivative?

Thanks, Geoff
