My name is Deanna Carina Velasco born in Tampa Florida in 1974... in Hillsborough County. I was adopted and have never known my father.... Marco Alfredo Velasco. I can only assume he is from the Florida area. He was in his 50's when I was born so I do not know if he is deceased or not. But can only assume I have other family members.
