The book where this 1752 land record is absteacted goes up to 1753. Nothing further about John Veazey, son of John Veazey, the son of Robert Veazey. He would have been at most 4 years old in 1753.

Abstracts of Cecil County Land Records 1734-1753, by June D Brown. The abstract I asked about appears on p. 206.
The original from which this was abstracted should be checked.
I don't find specific mention of this John (son of John Veazey, the son of Robert Veazey) in plats.net. Might check mdlandrec but it could take some time.
