Vaux/Vauce/Voase family of Yorkshire

I have John VOASE who was born in Howden, Yorkshire in 1746 and died in Hull, Yorkshire in 1809.
John's father was Edward VAUCE who was born in 1717 and described as a "blacksmith of Howden Parks".
Edward's father was Edward VAUX who married Mary HUTTON.
Does anyone else have this family who has apparently morphed from VAUX to VOASE?
