There is a Granville County, NC bond for the marriage of Reuven Voss to Elizabeth Pool. The bond is dated 1 Mar 1813 and is signed by Reuben Voss and John Hart. Granville deed book X, p. 291 notes that Reuben Voss and wife Elizabeth executed a deed to Burgess Pool or land left to Elizabeth Pool, now Elizabeth Voss. The deed is dated 7 Aug 1817. In another Granville deed (DB 1:327), there is mention of land sold formerly belonging to Thomas Pool Sr. which fell to his wife Obedience and daughter Elizabeth, now Elizabeth Voss. This is dated 13 Feb 1823.
