My wife was a Vass, and since attempting to trace her lineage, I ran into a wall. Elijah Vass. It's like this:
Her grand-father was Virgil L. Vass (1897-1981) fron Indiana. Virgil's father was Charles Vass (1865-?) from West Virginia. Carle's dad was Elijah (1831-1896). He was married to Ann Eliza Hinton. I have a lot on the Hintons but I can't get past Elijah Vass.
Any help would be appreciated in making a connection further back.
