William & Priscilla Varner - Mid 1800's - Pittsburgh, PA Area

I'm looking for information on the ancestors and descendents of William Varner (b. abt. 1809) and his wife Priscilla (b. about 1810). The 1850 census shows them in Monongahela City, Washington, PA and the 1860 census in Allegheny, Birmingham, PA. Both locations are near Pittsburgh.

I descend from their daughter Elizabeth Varner-Shipley (1837-1907) who spent most of her adult life in St. Louis.
