I come from Klagenfurt, Carinthia, Austria, my grandfather´s name was Adam Vanjo, born on 1.4.1894 in Waag Neustadt(Austria-Hungary)today the name is Nove Mesto (Slovakia) -died 16.4.1960.
My GGFather´s name is also Adam. He was born on 24.7.1853 in Leikowitz and died 1916 in Klagenfurt/Kärnten.
Our Name was also written Vanyo, but that must be a writing or reading-error, because the letters have changed.
Maybe,that we come from the same place.
