Thank you for your reply. I think Helen also went by Ellen. Her father was George E. Van Vleck of Troy (born circa 1867), who was the son of George W. and Mary A. Vleck. I think George E. Van Vleck may have been the brother of Helen Veronica Van Vleck. If this matches your records, or if you know anything else about this Van Vleck family, please let me know.
