"Heather Flower" is Quashawam, the only daughter of Wyandanch who was after her father's death maid Sunk squaw--essentially "chief"--of the tribe. She ruled over both the Montaukettes and the Shinnecock.

Perhaps Catoneras was her daughter? or a sister of Wyandanch? or a niece. In any case, the identification of her as the daughter of Wyandanch is doubtful. Perhaps she was one of the women taken but not the daughter, a relative in a different way?
