This would appear to be Charles VT b c 1834 who was son of another Charles VT who is "lost" line of mine.By "lost" I don't mean they are outlaws or anything like that, just "lost" and I cannot connect them to a branch of the tree.
New informationto me has this Charles having a sister, Lovinia Miller VT ACKERMAN who, indeed, lived in Beaver Dam WI.They were originally from Nyack NY area as I understand it.
Now, the reference to Lovinia's husband, Charles ACKERMAN, he appears in page 1157 of the 1870 census of Bristol, Worth Co, IA , that census taken 7/30/1870.
Back to Charles VT, Lovinia's brother, it appears as tho "he was a tinsmith of Orangetown Township, NY" but no further reference is made that I can find.
The only close Abraham VT I can find is one Abraham VT b 1812 who married Eliza WINTERS.This subject was one who migrated from NY to NJ and I cannot find info on him, either.
His file, however, shows burial of "Charles D VT" in Ponds Dutch Church in Oakland, Bemen Co, NJ.
Confused?Maybe we can get more info from someone.

Thanks
Mickey
