The name of the book is "The Genealogy of the Family of Ferdenandus Van Sycklin of The Netherlands in Europe", author John Waddell Van Sickle. I believe the LDS library has it on microfilm. You may also be able to obtain a copy through interlibrary loan.

My grandparents settled in the Boise Valley in the early 1900s. Most of her family lived in Wisconsin, but there were a few of them that came out to Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
