I now have a 1900 Census of Fred Vansickle living in Latah County. It lists the following (plus it says 3 children have died):

William (father born 4/1842 Ohio, parents from Ohio)
Mary (mother born 5/1860 Oregon father from Germany, mother from Missouri)
George (son born 6/1877 Oregon)
Fred M. (son born 4/1882 Idaho)
Roy C. (son born 1/1885 Washington)
Maud I. (daughter born 8/1887 Idaho)
Dollie T. (not sure on initial, daughter born 8/1890 Idaho)
Birdie P. (daughter born 5/1896 Oregon)
Tressie L. (daughter born 5/1899 Washington)

I also have what I believe to be the same family in 1880 Whitman, Washington. There are two differences: In the 1880 census, William Vansickle said he was 36, meaning he was born in 1844. He stated in the 1900 census that he was born in 1842. He also stated in the 1880 census that he was born in Iowa, not Ohio like listed in the 1900 census. I do believe these are the same William Vansickle. The wife's information is the same between the two census, as well as their son listed.

If anyone has any information on these people, especially the birthplace of William Vansickle, please let me know.
