Hi Beth - Well let me tell you that I have not have so much fun as finding VanSickles. I spent eight years working on my families, Lowery, Barnes, VanDykes and am only back to the early 1800's. I have been working on my wife's family, (VanSickle) for only one year and am already back to the late 1500's. It seem like every night I find a new web page that talks about some VanSickle Ancestor or Connection to a Van Sickle. I am right now back to L.I. Van Sickelen, Ferdinandus's Father. Any way I thought that I had Peter's Bowdewine buried in the VanSickle Cemetery in Perry Co., Ohio but this Bowdewine is the Son of George and Rachiel Gerlinger?? I haven't found the Gerlinger Family yet. I would like to have any information that you have and if you think I have something you want let me know. Like I said I have just started this Family and although I live here in the Perry County area I don't seem to find the time to go looking up information in New Lexington. My job always gets in my way. Linda - I don't have any information on Bowdawine but I would sure like for you to give me any information that you may find or you already have. Thanks.
