I've been reviewing Gene Van Sickle's work and in particular, "Our many men of Texas, and ... the relation of Zachariah Sickels to our Ferdinand Van Sickle : add-on no. 4" [Pages 22-29]. It states the following [Pages 25-26]:

7. Isaac b. ? d. ca. 1826 m. Isabelle ? (Irish) Had 9 children but names not all known. Henry and Joanna listed as being under 14 in petition for guardianship in 1826 by mother Isabell VanSickle.

a. William settled in Zanesville, Ohio.

b. Samuel was a coppersmith who built the first oil pipeline out of kegs near Titusville, Pa.

c. Joanna listed as under 14 in 1826

d. Henry Penoc b. 1820 d. 1903 m. Jane Chapman at Marietta, O in 1843 & later moved to Xenia, Ill...

It's a starting point, if you have not found this already. I am sorry it took me so long to locate anything for you.
