I've been researching the VAN SICKLE name for quite some time and my research has now brought me to look into the line from Fayette Co. PA. Amos was without a doubt the son of James and Melinda (I do not yet have her maiden name) and grandson of John and Hannah (HOWER) VAN SICKLE.

I also have Viola's obituary, but this is where our information differs, as the obituary lists her to be the daughter of Charles LYTLE. But I feel certain this is the family that you seek- Amos and Viola were the parents of Enos T. VAN SICKLE (1906-1989).
