Accident in Douglas
Henry Vansickle, the old pioneer farmer of Douglas county, met with a serious accident near Mottsville on Sunday afternoon. While driving, his team became frightened and dashed away at lightning speed. Colliding with a V-flume near the road, the wagon was upset, Vansickle being found underneath the wreck. He was unconscious for three hours. The extend of his injuries are not definitely known, being principally confined to the neck.- Tribune
